We are not about bouncing back to our pre-pregnancy bodies. We are about celebrating our amazing bodies however they currently show up and appreciating them for their magic & strength.

No matter if you are still trying to conceive, currently expecting or are a new or even veteran Mom, our classes & 1:1 sessions are designed to allow the BEST version of you to SHINE. Our mission is for you to get stronger both mentally & physically while implementing valuable tools to prevent & heal common pre and postnatal injuries. Our programme is ‘tummy safe’ & helps towards preventing & rehabilitating diastasis recti, incontinence and other pregnancy related issues.

I started training with Shelley when my youngest son was 6 months old and trained twice a week for most of the following year. Shelley identified that I had diastasis recti from my second pregnancy – no doctor had picked this up! She then worked carefully with me in order to improve the diastasis and avoid worsening it (which could easily have happened had I trained alone and unaware). Shelley’s training was fantastic as she blended different exercises into each session, combining more high intensity exercises (that I have always enjoyed), with careful abdominal work to improve the diastasis.

I started training with Shelley shortly after the birth of my second child as I was rather unfit and needed to lose my baby weight. And the fact that she was able to come to me, was a HUGE bonus! With Shelley’s help and guidance, I have regained my pre-pregnancy level of fitness and have lost my baby weight. Her dedication and determination to see me reaching my goal has been unwavering and her support and knowledge have helped guide me and push me through the tough times. I am now pregnant with my third child and I know that I am in excellent hands, due to her qualifications in training pregnant woman.

I have not only gained an excellent trainer but an excellent friend as well! I am so thrilled that I signed up with her 3 years ago – it has been a life-changing experience.


I’ve trained with Shelley before both of my pregnancies and after them too. It was invaluable in keeping me fit and ensuring I had easy and healthy pregnancies and births. 

My body bounced back quickly as Shelley has a very targeted, yet gentle approach to post-natal training. There is no trainer that knows more on the subject and my sessions with her are always rewarding and fun.


I started my training journey with Shelley when I was 4 months pregnant with my daughter. From day one Shelley’s calm, soft yet very professional approach made me love training with her. The breathing techniques and body awareness guidance gained from my tailor made sessions with Shelley was immensely useful during my daughters birth and also afterwards when I had to reconnect with my post baby self.
I trained with Shelley straight through my pregnancy and also after the birth of my daughter. It’s been an incredible journey. I truly also feel that I’ve gained a very special friend along the way. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer.
